Hardeep Khuttan’s incisive 3/16 was the match’s first big swing, and it set up Portugal to edge Sweden in a Super Over after the sides finished locked at 156 apiece. Portugal powerplay sets the chase
The clearest advantage came in the first six overs of Portugal’s reply. They blasted 79/2 at 11.3 an over, instantly turning 156 into a target that looked smaller than it was. Khuttan and Lakhani stand out
Khuttan was decisive with the ball, conceding only 16 in his three overs while striking three times to derail Sweden’s middle.
